    Has anyone used there PLAATO Keg to monitor the carbonation level in a keg? I though it might come in handy when force carbing at high pressures to get the correct volume of C02 in the beer.

    Fermcap Shelf life Question

    Does anyone know the shelf life of Fermcap I just found a bottle that I purchased about six years back and put in a safe place so as not to lose it. I am planning on brewing a large batch later today and it would be nice to be able to use it.

    Connecting camlock fitting to a tap

    Anyone have any ideas on how I can can connect a Type A Male Camlock 1/2" Female BSP to a standard Aussie kitchen tap. The tap is internally threaded just don't know what the thread is or where I can get an adapter.

    Storing Agar Wort

    I made up a batch off agar and wort today to make some slants. on completion I left the remaining mix in the pot to cool. This left me with a solid puck 1 inch thick by 6 inch dia. My question is can I freeze this puck and use it again liquifying it in the pressure cooker as I sterilize it. ;)
