If anyone wants a 148L freezer and wants a bit higher new star rating the Haier 148L is 3.5 stars and is cheap too. You can usually get it just over $300. I haven't seen how many kegs I can get in mine, its full of bait lol

I found the ESB kits to be great. That bavarian lager was a very nice kit. As they already make it to be a heavy it will have a pretty high alcohol content if the yeast can convert all the sugar. If it doesn't turn out great it is just something to remember for your next brew. Start a brewers...

Yeah I agree with wolfy. I have tried a few rinse sterilisers ie. bleach and sodium meta but have just started using starsan. There are a lot of proven methods to sterilise but the reason I have changed is simply a time thing. When your working with stubbies having to rinse wastes a lot of time...
