    Just a quick question. When you read the carbonation chart (attached) and it gives you the answer on what pressure to use… what time period do you use for carbonation??     Switching from carbonating keg to carbonated keg then back to carbonating keg.

    I have just started to carbonate a keg at 10psi for around 6 days. Today is day 1. I have a second keg in the fridge that is already carbonated. Is it ok to disconnect the gas line from the keg I am carbonating and connect it to the already carbonated keg to pour a beer for no more than a minute...
