Equipment For Sale Braumeister 20L (2015 model)

Selling my Braumeister 20L that has been used to make many fine beers. Often imitated, never quite equalled, the Braumeister system is elegant simplicity and a pleasure to use… I just haven’t the pleasure for about 5 years, so it’s time to go. The unit has always been religiously cleaned...

Equipment For Sale Kegland G40 Glycol Chiller (converted)

Selling my Kegland G40 Glycol Chiller that has been converted to recycle through a fermenter chiller coil. Cord was slightly damaged when it arrived and has electrical insulation tape as a “repair”. Still works fine. Used only a couple of times, so it’s very clean inside and out aside from some...

Equipment For Sale Ss Brewtech Unitank 7 (First Generation)

Selling my Ss Brewtech Unitank 7. Purchased new but really only used for 1-2 test batches of cider and has been sitting idle since. I’m facing facts that I’m not going to be using it any time soon, so it’s time to move it on and clear some space in the garage. Lots of accessories. Ss Brewtech...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

-------------------------- @KegLand-com-au - mine has the female threads, and the order date was 2/2/19, so maybe the wheels were just accidentally left off the order?

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Another question for Icemaster G40 owners. Did yours come with caster wheels? I've just noticed all the videos have always shown wheels, but mine didn't come with any. If they don't come standard, are they available for purchase @KegLand-com-au ? I couldn't see any on the website.

    Question for Icemaster G40 owners

Thanks for the info krz. I was about to go looking for good info about the best water to glycol ration for these. I bought 2 x 5L bottles of glycol when I ordered the chiller, so it sounds like that was a pretty good guess. Interesting you mentioned 10L gives about 50/50 because I didn't...

    Question for Icemaster G40 owners

I haven't actually used it yet. Still getting everything setup but should hopefully get going soon. I'll let you know how it goes.

Sous Vide with your Brew Rig

Yep it works. I've done it in my Braumeister couple of times but it's a bit of a hassle dragging that out for a couple of steaks. As you say, a lot of us have the equipment to control water temp, so it was good to use the BM to try out Sous Vide without spending any more money, but like paulyg...

    Question for Icemaster G40 owners

Just a quick update. I filled the tank with water and that extra sound is barely noticeable. The main sound is now the compressor and fan which is what I'd expect. So I think unless anyone did the same as me and tried it without water, you probably wouldn't have known what I was on about.

    Question for Icemaster G40 owners

Hi All, I just got my new G40, and wanted to get opinions on a sound I'm hearing. There's a link below to a video I took of it last night (no rick roll I promise) . TL;DR - is the sound that comes in at 11 seconds in this video (https://photos.app.goo.gl/b1uc2buzQV3zmWQR9) normal for the G40...

    Re-arranged the Brewhouse this morning

Hey Pat, I like that idea of putting the little spout brushes in your taps (or at least that's what it looks like from where I'm sitting) instead of the usual rubber caps. I've had mould grow inside those caps so I'm not really a fan, but it would seem the brushes might allow a bit of air flow...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I'm interested to know this too. 500ml cans don't really interest me, and I'd personally prefer cans with standard openings. So I'd really only consider getting the canning machine if I knew I could do standard 375ml cans with it. This comment is likely to be unpopular, but I just don't like...
