I've noticed you have 2 types of plate chillers?
The eBay version is described as 30 plate and your website says 20 plate.
Will the 20 plate efficiently cool 25L hot wort?
Also can the chillers be disassembled for cleaning?

Try pre chilling a full cube in the ferment fridge down to say 3C or whatever and then plumb counter flow gravity style with flow control ?
I do this with the standard robobrew immersion chiller with good effect
